"At first glance, this is a universal cityscape. It is a flattened painterly plane of building structures that could represent any large city, but to those familiar with San Francisco, the angle of the TransAmerica Pyramid is unmistakable. I climbed Hoyt Tower with my son for this view, dividing my attention between his alternating curiosity, hunger for adventure and episodic boredom with my desire to find a quintessential view of the city that was simultaneously not immediately obvious. In my experience an “Easter Egg” is better discovered on one’s own." - Sol Hill
