Approvals

We are happy to discuss sending an item on approval to qualified clients. We require a credit card authorization and all billing, shipping and contact information. For more details, please call, 505.986.3432, to speak with a sales associate.


Gallery Events

Patina is available for special events. When visiting Santa Fe you may host a reception for your collector or museum groups, please email allison@patina-gallery.com to inquire.

Jewelry Sizing

When sizing is available & required, we will return the work to the artist. He or she is best prepared to do this work. Most artists can size a ring to within 2 sizes of the ring’s existing size. There are often associated costs with sizing a ring, and there are occasions when a special order is a better solution. We will be happy to discuss this with you. Layaway

Patina offers an interest free layaway policy for the purchase of any item. We ask for 1/3 down at the time of purchase and allow 2 months for payment to be completed. Any and all items will be shipped when payment is received in full. Please email us at allison@patina-gallery.com to inquire about this service.


Pricing

Due to the fluctuating price of gold, platinum, and silver, prices of jewelry are subject to change. Patina will always honor a price quoted on the day the order is placed.


Purchasing

Patina accepts all major credit cards, bank wires, checks and PayPal.

Items will ship only when funds have cleared.

Items shipped domestically and valued over $10,000 must be paid by Bank Wire. Items shipped outside the U.S. and valued over $5,000 must be paid by Bank Wire. We do not ship to PayPal unconfirmed addresses.


Repairs

Patina will stand behind the workmanship of your purchase. In the rare event that jewelry purchased at Patina requires repair, please contact us for specific instructions for handling and return. Without exception, we prefer to return work for repair to the artist who made it. We cannot be responsible for any item that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than the original maker.Please call, 505.986.3432 or email us at adminoffice@patina-gallery.com for a Return Authorization Number.


Returns

Patina accepts items for return within ten days of purchase. There can be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment.

Patina cannot provide refunds. We are happy to provide store credit for the amount of the purchase or exchange your item(s) for another. Credit will be valid for one year of the date of return.

Item(s) returned must be properly packaged in the manner in which they were sent, in their original packaging, boxed, and insured for the full value. We recommend shipping through UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Please call us at 505.986.3432 or email us at adminoffice@patina-gallery.com if you have questions.

Patina will not accept any items that have been altered for return.


Shipping

Method of Shipping Patina ships via FedEx Express, UPS Air or USPS Priority Mail or Registered Mail Insured to PO Boxes. Patina will ship via FedEx 2-day Air, unless otherwise requested.

Patina must ship items to be received during the 5-day work week and we do not ship over the weekend unless we ship for Saturday delivery.


Shipping Charges

Domestic Patina will ship your item(s), acquired through this website, free of charge to any address within the United States.
International Patina can ship your item internationally using FedEx or the USPS. Patina is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred through the customs department of the country to which we are shipping. The shipping rate will be applied at checkout.


Signature Requirements

We prefer to require a signature upon delivery. This assures that the item is properly delivered to the correct parties. If you would like to request "no signature" on delivery, please add that request under "special instructions" at checkout.


Hold for Pick Up

If you would like the security of knowing your package will be delivered and signed for, even when you are unavailable, please use this option. Patina will ship your package to a FedEx location, (i.e. FedEx Office, FedEx Print & Ship Center), for pick up by you, at your convenience.

Request Orders

When an item you would like to purchase is not in stock, you will see a link to "Request Order." Most orders can take take 3-6 weeks to fulfill. Please add any special instructions i.e. length, size, delivery, and we will make sure to note this for the Order. Please proceed with your purchase.


Value Descriptions

For jewelry valued over $1000 or at your request, Patina’s associates will be happy to provide a value description. This will include a statement of price, ingredients, techniques and the artists name, accompanied by a photograph of the item.
