Our Patina HOLIDAY 2020 Shipping Schedule
In preparation for a timely holiday delivery, below are important shipping and delivery dates recommended by FedEx in order to receive your gifts on or before Christmas, Friday, December 25th.
LAST DAY FOR GROUND SHIPPING: Tuesday, December 15th
LAST DAY FOR TWO-DAY SHIPPING: Tuesday, December 22nd
LAST DAY TO OVERNIGHT A PACKAGE: Wednesday, December 23rd
Method of Shipping
Patina ships via FedEx Express, UPS Air or USPS Priority Mail or Registered Mail Insured to PO Boxes.
Patina will ship via FedEx 2-day Air, unless otherwise requested.
Patina will ship items to be received during the 5-day work week and we do not ship over the weekend unless we ship for Saturday delivery. Orders placed outside of business hours will be handled immediately at the start of the next business day. Patina operates Mountain Standard Time (MST) for any online order.
Domestic. Patina will ship your item free of charge for any online order, with the exception of certain large and oversized items not marked ‘Free Domestic Shipping’ online, to any address within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
International. Patina can ship your item internationally using FedEx or the USPS. Patina is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred through the customs department of the country to which we are shipping. The shipping rate will be applied at checkout.
Signature Requirements. We prefer to require a signature upon delivery. This assures that the item is properly delivered to the correct parties.
If you would like to request “no signature” on delivery, please add that request under “special instructions” at checkout.
Hold for Pick Up. If you would like the security of knowing your package will be delivered and signed for, even when you are unavailable, please use this option. Patina will ship your package to a FedEx location near you, (i.e. FedEx Office, FedEx Print & Ship Center), for pick up by you, at your convenience.

Our aftercare service is part of every purchase you make at Patina. We want you to love what you own and have a continued great experience.
What if I don’t love what I ordered? All items and artworks are hand-made individual artisan pieces. We know and understand it is a challenge to shop online, particularly to purchase jewelry, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason the following explains how we can help.
Our return policy allows you to return your order to us in unworn, pristine condition, in its original packaging and with the receipt within 7 days of receiving it, with the exception of special or custom orders or final sale items. You will receive a full store credit or refund for the amount of the purchase minus shipping charges, or exchange your item(s) for another. If you are unable to return items within 7 days please reach out to us and we will do everything we can on a case by case basis.

Return shipping. If you would like to organize a return via our courier service we are able to generate a prepaid return label that will be sent to the original email address associated with the order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final credit. Item(s) returned must be properly packaged in the manner in which they were sent, in their original packaging, boxed, and insured for the full value.
Alternatively, if you wish to ship the item(s) yourself, item(s) returned must be properly packaged in the manner in which they were sent, in their original packaging, boxed, and insured for the full value. We recommend shipping through UPS, FedEx or the USPS Priority or Express Mail.

Special Orders. When an item is special order, the gallery and the artist are specifically making the item for you at your request, therefore, anything that has been special ordered is non-refundable and not returnable.
Promotions. Where promotions, such as a Sale or discount, have been used, in the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
Limitation of Liability. Patina Gallery will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any direct or indirect damages arising out of improper use.
Patina Gallery is pleased to have special relationships with all of our artists and their studios and are here to help, and provide an excellent service to our clients. All of the jewelry in our collections has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken.
Patina Gallery stands behind the workmanship of your purchase. Due to the fact that items sold at Patina are hand-fabricated, all changes, services or repairs on these items must be implemented with our approval.
We are only responsible for work executed under our direct authorization.

We urge you to send anything in this condition back to us for evaluation. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action to take. This usually means it is sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications. The process may take 2-8 weeks and, depending on the situation, may have an associated charge assigned by the artist.
