Inspired by “Pysanky”, the intricately decorated Ukrainian Easter eggs, Kahn uses the juxtaposition of cylindrical glass beads to create an incredible discernment of pattern to emulate the imbued beauty of the eggs. A rich mosaic of pattern morphs, mixing various hues of yellow to orange and blue to brown. Kahn scripts the color in a pattern of progression, amalgamating her vision into an exquisite, one-of-a-kind work of adornment.
